The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic organization which promotes Catholicism, youth programs, activities and vocations. Members are involved in a variety of service projects and sponsor several community-oriented activities throughout the year. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month.
The Sharing Program offers two sessions of classes in a wide range of interests each year. It also plans tours and weekend trips. The purpose of this organization is to afford our senior parishioners opportunities to stay active and productive while having lots of fun!
The St. Francis Xavier CYO offers opportunities for social, cultural, athletic and spiritual growth to the youth of our parish. The continuous goal is to elicit a strong religious commitment from its members to the gospel of Jesus. The group is open to youth from 6th Grade to 18 years old. Parish volunteers are needed to plan and coordinate the events, chaperone, provide snacks, make phone calls, etc.
Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts grades K through 8th are active at St. Francis Xavier Parish, devoted to the physical, mental, moral and social development of youth with emphasis on duty to God and country. Volunteers are needed as scout leaders and committee members. Adult volunteers are needed as merit badge counselors. Most importantly, youth are needed to participate in the scouting program.
